LADEE
The LADEE mission, which launched from MARS Pad 0B on September 7th, 2013, carried NASA's titular Lunar Atmosphere and Dust Environment Explorer to gather exospheric and environmental data from the Moon. LADEE was delivered to lunar orbit aboard a Minotaur V rocket, a derivative of the Minotaur IV, which is currently the only Minotaur V that has ever been launched. LADEE entered lunar orbit on October 6th, 2013 and finished its final orbit upon impacting the lunar surface on April 18th, 2014.
LADEE is the first and currently only lunar mission to launch from MARS.
