The Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA or Virginia Spaceport Authority) advertises all RFIs and competitive solicitations (RFPs, IFBs) on the Commonwealth of Virginia’s eVA marketplace.

After accessing the eVA website, follow these instructions to get to VCSFA solicitations:

  • Under the "Business Opportunities" section, click on "Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO)"
  • Under "Advanced Search" select "Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority" as the "Buying Entity" then click on the Search button.
  • The results will show all VCSFA solicitations.

Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is requesting proposals for constructing and installing a new Adapter Ring (AR) that will be attached to some of the existing threaded holes on the top of the Pad 0A Launch Mount (LM). The approximate weight of the AR is 20,000 lbs and fabricated from A572 Grade 50 Steel, with full penetration welds. The rough size of the AR is a hexagon 15 feet 6 inches in width and 23 inches tall. Multiple new holes for AR and LM to be match drilled and tapped on site.
